What to expect

NTU provides cutting edge training for today's hiring managers. During this conference we will get you to think differently about your current recruitment practices and how you can stand out from the crowd.

On the day you will hear from thought provoking industry speakers on how to prepare the workplace for Generation Z, co-creation and happiness in the workplace beyond the office perks.

Choose workshops that suits your needs as a business, around the themes of Attract, Select and Keep. You will leave this conference equipped with toolkits, frameworks and innovative ideas on how to best recruit and retain staff within your organisation.

This event is open to all hiring managers and HR managers working in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
